This regulated and nationally recognised qualification provides Learners with a greater awareness of risks in the workplace and the measures that can be taken to control them.
During this 1 day course, Learners will gain a basic introduction into the principles of risk assessment.
Topics covered include: main causes of work-related fatalities, basic processes for undertaking a risk assessment, key terms associated with risk assessments, methods that can be used to prioritise risks and more.

This course is suitable for anyone in an organisation who require to raise their awareness of the risk assessment process. While employees might not undertake risk assessments themselves, they may be asked to contribute to the process and will be expected to behave in a way that protects both the health and safety of themselves and others at all times. This qualification will make them more risk aware and improve their understanding of risk assessments.
Successful completion of this course delegates will receive a Qualsafe certificate valid for 3 years.
